MTh Proposal Defense

1. The proposal defence will be held on 20-22/1/2026
2. The first semester examination is 21-23/1/2026
3. The seminar presentation will be held on 23/1/2026
4. Submission of the two copies of your thesis or seminar paper must be concluded on 8/1/2026 to give examiners time to read the work. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRESENT/DEFEND YOUR WORK IF YOU FAIL TO SUBMIT AS SCHEDULED.
5. Those who were unable to present their seminar presentations last October will have the opportunity to do so within the scheduled date and will return for their proposal defence on a date that will be scheduled later.
6. You will not be allowed to present your proposal defence OR write your exams if you owe school fees.
7. Those presenting their seminars/proposal defence should come with all their previous clearance papers for easy clearance before the defence. Note that the seminar presentation fee is #20,000 and the Proposal Defence fee is #40,000. If you have not paid for your second-year school fees, please don’t come for the defence.
8. The new students writing exams should come with their credentials for documentation and evidence of their school fees payment.
9. The second semester will resume on 16/1/2026.
10. Note: NO SCHOOL FEES, NO DEFENCE OR EXAMS. Please, pay today.

GOOD NEWS:

1. One of us, Rev. Dr Albert Ikechukwu Chima, who got admission to UNN with our MTh certificate, successfully defended his PhD last week.
2. Six of our students who got admission with our MTh certificates are currently rounding up their PhDs in different universities in Nigeria.
3. Three of our students who graduated last June, 2025, were just admitted to their PhDs at UNN last week with our MTh certificates.
